“ Keep it local! Service was awesome, the food was very tasty! Even better this place is away from classic tourism hustle! ”
“ It’s like stepping into the Wild West. Such a great ave italiano sandwich! The sun rays cutting through the dirt in the air, the array of drinks at the bar, the cool breeze throughout the restaurant. Eye balling what other people were ordering and being jealous of their huge bbq meals! I overheard that the special of the day of Lama bbq and I wish I was hungrier and I would have ordered that! Great bread, and huge portions of chicken that was well seasoned and grilled. Would come back here for an entree anytime. Highly recommend! ”
“ The salmón al mantequilla and pisco tradicional were excellent. And so were the pricing, atmosphere and (speed of) service. I went at an early hour so there weren't many people yet. ”
“ Hello reader. We ate lunch at El Diablillo restaurant. We took the two options that were on the daily menu. First thing was Ajiaco, a traditional soupe that contains beef and potatoes and the second thing was slowcooked llama with rice and salade. The both dishes were excellent, really tasty and well made. The portion size was pretty big also. For dessert we took Leche assaso which was very nice also. The meal for two with drinks was 25€. If in San Pedro definitely should visit this place and don't forget to ask what is on the daily menu. ”
“ 2 person, one Ceviche and one of grilled llama meat. For drinks, a cup of wine and lemonade. Ceviche was okay, and grilled llama meat was fine, but not a fan of it taste wise. There was live music and service was relatively fast. Total bill came at 50.000 CLP Edit:We revisited the place more time during our stay as it was close to our hotel, big portions, and fast service. Sometimes they also play live music and is quite crowded. Recommended! ”
“ Local place with amazing live music. Food and wine choice is varied. Guanaco and Llama is a must once in your life. ”
“ El Diablillo was absolutely brilliant. The food was spectacular – we went for the mixed grill of llama and guanaco (excuse the spelling!) and it was cooked perfectly. Washed down with a few glasses of wine, it set us up for what turned into one of the best nights we’ve had anywhere in Latin America. The staff were wonderful – so polite, friendly, and genuinely generous, which really made the evening feel special. We happened to be there when a local band was playing, and the whole place came alive. Before long we were drinking, dancing, and completely caught up in the atmosphere. As the only foreigners in the bar, we were welcomed with real Chilean hospitality and never once felt out of place. It was one of those nights you don’t forget – great food, great people, great music. If you’re anywhere near, go to El Diablillo. You won’t regret it. ”
“ By far the best meal we had at the village. The llama steak was a pleasant surprise but really nothings beats the lomo saltado. Big shame we only went there on the very last days otherwise would’ve gone everyday hahaha ”
